Each Kit covers 250 square feet (approximately a 1 car garage) and includes everything you need to create a simulated granite floor! There are many colors to choose from - see examples below.

Directions:
1. Prepare the garage floor using the Surface Preparation Kit. Scrub the floor with the TSP (mixed with water according to directions) and wash, apply muriatic acid and let sit for 10-15 minutes and wash again with TSP. Allow to dry.
2. Once floor is completely dry, mix the two part Epoxy Kote (color) and apply the paint to the floor with a roller and brush (2 coats).
3. Broadcast the flakes over the paint.
4. Apply clear coat.
